Aditya Kapoor started his exploration with the camera years back. It was an obvious culmination of his two great passions, Travel and Photography. He grew up hiking, camping, and biking to tough terrains and lesser-known regions of India. He nearly always packed his camera during these journeys. Belonging to a heritage country like India gave him a ready-made potpourri of diverse communities, architectural marvels, nature and different traditions waiting to be explored.

As a photographer he seeks to capture his own experiences and unique perspective. He wants to live each moment and capture that fraction of a second, which makes a moment ‘unforgettable’. He believes that there is no subject or idea which is mundane; it is up to the vision and the interpretator, to seek the subject and bring forth a new dimension of it. He has always been honing his skills and eye to the finer nuances of this art. His background as a graphic designer lends him the ability to understand the language and impact of his subject and translating the story with composition, texture, and aesthetics.

His work has been published in various publications such as Tehelka magazine, Hindustan Times, Outlook, Indian Express, India Today and Mail Today. He has covered many socio-political issues.

United Nations agency , Star News and the Ministry of Tourism have commissioned him for projects. His work also appeared in an Incredible India television commercial and actively involoved with NGO’s like Ithihaas, The National Association for the Blind , Tamana School and friendicoes SECA.
